Clock Cricket are a not-for-profit Community Interest Company who are passionate about delivering fun and laughter through physical activity for older people and people who are living with dementia.

We have many years experience of working in the sector and always feel privileged to deliver our activity to participants.

Our team

Our small team have decades of experience of delivering physical activities across all sectors. 

Specialising is physical activity delivery for older people, we are very experienced at adapting 

our formats to suit the different groups we work with.

Richard Hill MBE MSc

Director

Richard has worked in cricket for over 25 years, predominantly with people who have disabilities. Having created Clock Cricket and lead on its development, Richard has delivered hundreds of sessions across the county.

Richard was awarded the MBE in the New Year's Honours list in 2019 for services to disability cricket and holds a masters degree in Adapted Sport

Sean Carey

Director

Sean has previously worked with Cricket Wales and undertook a lot of community based work within all areas of the community in and around South Wales.

Sean has been responsible for developing and delivering clock cricket sessions directly into hospitals through Neuro Rehabs units and therapy departments

He also has experience of working in youth clubs for people with learning disabilities.

Tony Davies

Mentor  - Support & Advisory member of the team

Tony has extensive knowledge and experience within the sport of cricket. He has had over 30 years involvement at Glamorgan County Cricket Club.

As a mentor, Tony spends his time supporting the locally based staff during their delivery and at the same time uses his experience to ensure the highest standards of quality are maintained

 

Sadie Lewis

Activator

Sadie has a wealth of experience working with older people and people living with dementia. Previous roles for Sadie include some time working with Sporting Memories in the Cardiff area.

Sadie is delivering clock cricket sessions across the Cardiff area in South Wales and with her efforts, the numbers of groups and participants continue to grow

 

 

Ashley Jones

Activator 

I'm Ashley and will be working with Clock Cricket in the South Wales valleys area covering Merthyr, Caerphilly and RCT.

I'm married with two children. I've worked for the Fire Service for the last 15 years.

I enjoy my cricket and find myself spending summer down in Sophia Gardens watching Glamorgan, Welsh Fire, Western Storm and England with my son!
